TURNING THE COGS uses Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) which is recommended in the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidelines for the treatment of mild to moderate dementia. CST has been proven to help slow the progression of dementia for some people during clinical trials showing it as effective as some of the anti-dementia drugs.

Phillippa has now extended her practice working with those with other memory challenges such as those living with Strokes, Long Covid, Parkinsons etc.
